This project was a challenge. I utilized the ProPhoto theme for WordPress which is good for the client since it provides so much out of the box functionality for photographers. HOWEVER, ProPhoto is a real pain to theme. It doesn’t function like a normal WordPress theme and creating a child theme through the normal methods is out of the question. All of the customizations have to be done by adding custom CSS via their admin panel.
